If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances and availability.

 

1.2. Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or we will issue a refund if the desired item is no longer available.

 

1.3. Unsatisfactory Performance:

If you are dissatisfied with the performance of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We may request additional information to understand the issue and provide appropriate assistance. If necessary, we may offer a refund or exchange the product based on the specific circumstances.

 

1.4. Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

2.2. Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

2.3. Package and Ship:

Please securely package the item to be returned, including all original accessories and packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the items to our headquarters at Hammerbakken 16, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria mentioned in section 1. If approved, we will proceed with the refund process.

 

3.2. Refund Options:
